Classic Tagliatelle bolognese

Ingredients:
400 gr Tagliatelle (
make your own
)
100 gr Bolognese sauce (
make your own
)
Parmesan cheese
1 handfull Salt
Water

In a pot boil the water to cook the tagliatelle

Once the water is boiling add the salt

Cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the packet or until al dente

In the meantime warm the bolognese sauce ina apan

Once the tagliatelle are cooked drain the farfalle and transfer the tagliatelle in the pan with the sauce

Leave the tagliatelle absorb the sauce for couple of minutes by stirring continously
7
Transfer to a serving plate and grate the Parmesan Cheese on top
