Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 400 gr Tagliatelle (make your own)
  • 20 gr Dried porcini
  • 300 gr Chestnut mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cloves Garlic
  • 1 handful Parsley
  • 180 ml Double cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

    Boil the water with salt. Add the tagliatelle and cook according to the packet instructions
  • 2
    In the meantime, put the dried porcini in a small bowl cover with hot water and leave to soak
  • 3
    Warm a pan and add the olive oil. Once the oil is hot add the garlic and salt. Leave to cook for 2 minutes until slightly brown

    Add the mushrooms and leave to cook for 5 minutes until tender. Add the soaked porcini. Leave to boil for 2/3 minutes

    Chop the parsley and it and the double cream to the mushrooms. Cook for further 3 minutes

    When the tagliatelle are cooked, drain and add to the pan with the sauce

    Leave to boil for a few minutes stirring frequently
