Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 400 gr Pici (make your own)
  • 20 gr Coarse salt
  • 600 ml Water
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • Fresh ground pepper

Method:

    Boil the water with salt
  • 2
    Add the pici to the boiling water and cook for 5/7 minutes
  • 3
    Drain the pici and when still hot put in a bowl and add the grated Parmesan Cheese, olive oil and pepper
  • 4
    Mix well to melt the Parmesan Cheese. Serve hot
