Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 300 gr Plain flour
  • 6 gr Salt
  • 200 ml Water

Method:

    Sift the flour in a large bowl

    Add the salt the water
  • 3
    Knead the dough until smooth and elastic
  • 4
    Leave the dough to rest for 10/20 minutes until proven
  • 5
    Flatten to 0.5cm thick with a rolling pin
  • 6
    With a sharp knife cut the dough lengthways to get strips about 0.5cm wide to make the pici
  • 7
    Roll the strips with the palms of your hands to make them round
