Gnocchi Tomatoes and Mushrooms Sauce

Ingredients:
300 gr Gnocchi (
make your own
)
20 gr Dried porcini
300 gr Chestnut mushrooms
2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves Garlic
200 gr Sieved Tomato
Salt
Method:

Put the dried porcini in a small bowl and add hot water and leave to soak

Warm a pan and add the olive oil. Once the oil is hot add the garlic and salt. Leave to cook for 2 minutes until slightly brown

Add the mushrooms and leave to cook for 5 minutes until tender. Then add the soaked porcini. Leave to boil for 2/3 minutes

Add the tomato sauce and leave to boil for further 10/15 minutes

In the meantime boil the water to cook the gnocchi

Once the water is boiling add the salt

Put the gnocchi into the boiling water for about 2/3 minutes until they rise to the surface

Once the gnocchi are cooked drain and transfer in the sauce

Leave to boil the gnocchi and the sauce for few minutes before serving
