Crostini Courgettes and Anchovies

Ingredients:
1 Tender Courgette
2 Anchovy
1 clove Garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp Lemon juice
4 slices Bread (
make your own
)
Good as dip or spread in bread

Put all the ingredients except the bread in a mixer

Mix until it forms a smooth paste

Toast the bread

Spread the paste on toasted bread or put on the table as dip
