Ingredients:
1 Carrots
1 Onion
1 stalk Celery
1 Leeks
1 lt Water
1 clove Garlic
1 handful Parsley

Cut the carrots, onion, celery and leeks in half

In a large pan put the cold water and the halved vegetables

Bring it to boil

Add the parsley and the crushed garlic
5
Leave to boil for 30 minutes
