Vegetable Stock Vegetable Stock (1)

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 Carrots
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 stalk Celery
  • 1 Leeks
  • 1 lt Water
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 handful Parsley

Method:

    Cut the carrots, onion, celery and leeks in half
  • 2
    In a large pan put the cold water and the halved vegetables
  • 3
    Bring it to boil
  • 4
    Add the parsley and the crushed garlic
  • 5
    Leave to boil for 30 minutes
