Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 300 gr Tuna steak
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 4 Spring onions
  • 4 tbsp Borlotti beans
  • 1 Avocado
  • 10 Cherry tomatoes
  • Extravirgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • handfull Salad leaves or coriander
  • Salt and pepper

Method:

    Heat a fring pan, in the meantime season the tuna steak with salt and pepper
  • 2
    When the pan is hot add the cocunut oil then cook the tuna for 2/3 minute each side
  • 3
    Cut the avocado in small slices and put on a serving dish to make a base
  • 4
    Cut the cherry tomatoes in quarters and add to the serving dish
  • 5
    Add the borlotti beans and the salad leaves or coriander to the serving dish
  • 6
    Season with salt

    Sprinkle lemon juice and olive oil on top of the salad and mix gently
  • 8
    Cut the tuna sticks into slices half centimeter and place the tuna on top of the salad
  • 9
    Sprinkle olive oil on top of the tuna
  • 10
    Chop the spring onions and put on top of the tuna steak
