Makes: a lot
Ingredients:
50 gr Corn flour
150 gr White plain flour
80 ml Water
40 ml Vegetable oil
5 gr Salt

In a mixing bowl mix corn, white flour and salt together

Make a well in the center of the mixture and add oil and water

Mix with a fork. Transfer to a floured surface and kneed for 2 minutes. Leave to rest for 10 minutes

Divide into 8 balls

Heat a frying pan

With a rolling pin flatten the dough to make a 15 cm diameter circle

Cook in the pan for few minutes each side

When still hot fold in half

Leave to cool before serving
