Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 200 gr Plain flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 10 gr Water
  • 20 gr Extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 gr Salt

Method:

    Sift the flour into a large bowl, and make a well. In a separate bowl put the eggs and whisk with water
  • 2
    Put the eggs, oil and salt in the middle of the flour. With a fork start to slowly incorporate the flour in the mixture

    Once the dough starts to form, turn it out on to a lightly floured surface and kneed for 10 more minutes until smooth and elastic

    Wait for 20 minutes for the flour to fully absorb the liquids
  • 5
    Divide into 4 balls. Roll each ball with a rolling pin into 1mm thick sheets. Don't worry if is not perfectly even as it will taste better once cooked

    Leave the sheets to dry for 10 minutes

    Fold the sheet to have a 5cm width rectangle. With a knife cut into 0.5cm strips. Unfold the strips and place onto a wooden large cutting board
