Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 2 Sirloin steaks
  • 2 sprigs Rosemary
  • 200 gr Mixed salad
  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper

Method:

    Season the salad with salt, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Lay down the salad on a flat serving plate

    Heat an heavy-bottomed frying-pan until really hot. Add a thin film of olive oil
  • 3
    Season the steaks and fry for 3 minutes on each side with the rosemary
  • 4
    Transfer to a cutting board and leave to rest for 3 minutes
  • 5
    Cut the steaks into slices about 0.5 cm thick
  • 6
    Arrange the steaks on top of the salad add some pepper and dress with balsamic vinegar and the juice of the meat that remain on the cutting board

    Serve warm
