Strawberry Jam

Makes: 1 jar
Ingredients:
800 gr Strawberries
260 gr Sugar with pectine
½ Lemon
Pinch of salt

Wash and quarter the strawberries

Heat a heavy-bottom frying pan to very high heat

Put the strawberries, sugar and lemon juice in the pan

Boil for 20 minutes until very sticky

Put in a jar

The sugar quantity is minimal so it will not preserve for long. Boil the jar for 20 minutes or keep it in the fridge and use it with a week
