Ingredients:

  • 500 gr Spare ribs
  • 24 gr Honey
  • 100 gr Ketchup
  • 16 gr Soy sauce
  • 1 clove Garlic

Method:

    Preheat the oven to 220°C
  • 2
    Mix the honey, ketchup and soy sauce and chopped garlic to make a sauce
  • 3
    Place the pork in a lightly oiled roasting tin, in a single layer, and brush with the sauce. Leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes (longer is better)
  • 4
    Put the ribs in the oven and leave to cook for about 1 hour (or when the ribs are caramelized) by turning them every 20 minutes
