Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 400 gr Spaghetti
  • 300 gr Clams
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 glass White wine
  • 40 gr Pine nuts
  • 16 Cherry tomatoes
  • 25 gr Parsley
  • Salt

Method:

    In a medium pot boil salty water and add the spaghetti
  • 2
    In the meantime in a separate pot warm the olive oil and the garlic
  • 3
    Once the pot is hot and the garlic starts to be brown add the clams and the wine. Cover

    When all the clams are open, take them out and keep warm. Keep the liquid to finish the spaghetti
  • 5
    In a small frying pan toast the pine nuts until brown and halve the cherry tomatoes
  • 6
    When the spaghetti is half way cooked drain the spaghetti and move into the liquid
  • 7
    Once the spaghetti is cooked al dente put the clams on top with the halved cherry tomatoes, toasted pine nuts and parsley

    Serve hot
