Spaghetti al Pesto Spaghetti al Pesto (2)

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 440 gr Spaghetti
  • ½ lt Water
  • 100 gr Fresh basil
  • 100 gr Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 100 ml Extra virgin olive oil
  • 100 gr Pine nuts
  • Salt
  • 100 gr Green beans

Method:

    In a medium pot boil some salty water
  • 2
    Add the green beans and then the spaghetti and cook according to the instructions on the packet or until al dente
  • 3
    In the meantime put the basil, parmesan cheese, garlic, olive oil, pine nuts and salt in a mixer and blend until smooth (or you can do it with a mortar)

    Once the pasta is cooked mix the pasta and green beans with pesto
