Sea Bream Fillets in Cherry Tomatoes Sauce

Ingredients:
2 Sea bream fillets
2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 clove Garlic
2 tsp Capers
1 tsp Green peppercorn
40 gr Olives
8 Cherry tomatoes
Flour to dust
Salt and pepper
Butter to fry
1 tbps Italian seasoning

In a small pan put the olive oil and chopped garlic. Cook for few minutes

Add the capers and pepper and leave few minutes on medium heat

Add the olives and the Italian seasoning and cook for 10 minutes

Quarter the tomatoes and season with salt

In the meantime season the fillets of sea bream and dust with flour

Warm a large pan and put the butter. When hot add the sea bream fillets

Cook 4 minutes each side

Add the cherry tomatoes to the sauce

Transfer the sea bream in a serving plate and add the sauce on top
