Ingredients:

  • 1 Butternut Squash
  • 1 Chili pepper
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 10 leaves Sage
  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

    Preheat the oven to 200C

    Place the sliced squash in a roasting tray. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with chopped chilli, chopped garlic and sage

    Season with salt and pepper

    Cook in the oven for 40 minutes until tender
