Plain Quinoa

Ingredients:
100 gr Quinoa
1 clove Garlic
2 tsp Thyme
1 tbsp Olive Oil
130 ml Water
Salt to taste
1 Chicken stock cubes

In a pan place the quinoa, thyme, olive oil, salt, stock cube and chopped garlic

Boil the water and add the water to the quinoa
3
Leave to boil for 15 minutes, turn off the heat and leave to rest for 20 minutes
4
Mix well and serve
