Ingredients:

  • 400 gr Plain flour
  • 4 tsp Baking soda
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 260 ml Water
  • 1 tsp Salt

Method:

    Combine flour, salt, and baking powder in a bowl, then mix in the oil and water
  • 2
    Knead dough for about 10 minutes until smooth in consistency. Cover dough in plastic wrap and let it rest at room temperature for 30 minutes
  • 3
    Divide the dough one per person
  • 4
    Lightly flour the countertop and roll out the dough with a rolling pin then poke holes in it with a fork

    Cook in a non-stick pan over medium heat without added fat for 2-3 minutes each side
