Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 400 gr Penne
  • 400 gr Tomatoes in tin
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Chili peppers
  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 handful Fresh basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

    Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the garlic and the crushed chilli peppers. Fry for few minutes
  • 2
    Add the tinned tomatoes into the pan. Simmer uncovered for about 10 minutes
  • 3
    Add basil (leave some for garnish), salt and pepper to the sauce
  • 4
    In the meantime, cook the penne according to the packet instructions
  • 5
    Mix the pasta with the sauce and garnish with fresh basil
