Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 Sirloin steak
  • 1 knob Butter
  • ½ Lemon
  • Salt to taste

Method:

    Take the steak out from the fridge and wait until the steak is at room temperature
  • 2
    Warm a pan and when is very hot add the sirloin steak
  • 3
    Seal on both sides for 1 minute
  • 4
    Cook on one side for 3 or 4 minutes
  • 5
    Cook for 1 minute on the other side
  • 6
    Finish off with lemon juice and butter

    Season with salt

    Let the steak rest ofr 5 minutes before serving
