Ingredients:
120 gr Plain flour
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tbsp Sugar
Pinch of salt
2 Eggs
150 ml Milk
15 gr Butter
Maple syrup
Quick, easy and tasty breakfast

Heat the pan over a moderate heat

Put flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, eggs and milk into a large mixing bowl and whisk until all the flour is incorporated

Melt a small piece of butter in the pan and ladle in some of the batter, tilting the pan to move the mixture around for a thin and even layer

When bubbles start to appear on the top, flip the pancake over

Cook until the bottom part starts to become brown
6
Continue with the rest of the batter, serving them as you cook or stack onto a plate

Pour the maple syrup and some butter on top of the pancakes
