Makes: 1 jars

Ingredients:

  • 4 Oranges
  • 200 gr Sugar with pectine

Method:

    Squeeze half of the oranges into a bowl

    Wash the remaining oranges
  • 3
    Cut into thin slices including the skin
  • 4
    Remove all the seeds
  • 5
    Leave for 4 hours (overnight is better)

    Heat a large pan and add the oranges with the liquid, add the sugar

    Boil for about 20 minutes until sticky, stirring frequently

    Put in a jar and leave to cool down
