Ingredients:

  • 2 Lamb leg steaks
  • 2 tbsp Fresh mint chopped
  • 1 tbsp White vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Clear honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

    Score along each side of the steaks
  • 2
    Mix the mint, vinegar and honey together and season
  • 3
    Arrange a sheet of foil over the grill pan and turn up the edges
  • 4
    Place the steaks on the foil and spoon over the marinade
  • 5
    Leave to marinade for 15 minutes, turning once or twice
  • 6
    Preheat the grill. Grill the steaks for 20 minutes, turning once and basting with the juices during cooking
