Ingredients:

  • 2 Egg whites
  • gr Caster sugar:100

Method:

    Preheat the oven to 120C
  • 2
    Line a baking tray with baking parchment
  • 3
    Put the egg whites in a bowl and whisk until they form stiff peaks. Add the sugar a tablespoon at the time
  • 4
    Continue to whisk until the mix is shiny and thick
  • 5
    Put heaped tablespoon of the mix on the baking tray, leaving space between them
  • 6
    Put the tray in the oven and bake for 90 minutes to two hours, until the meringues are crisp on the outside

    Leave to cool completely
