Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 120 gr Kale
  • 1 Crisp apple
  • 70 gr Gorgonzola cheese
  • 2 tbps Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Runny honey
  • 1 tbsp Balasmic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper

Method:

    For the dressing, whisk the lemon juice, the olive oil, the honey and the balsamic vinegar together
  • 2
    Remove the stalks from the kale and cut into chunks
  • 3
    Slice the apple into thin (1/4 cm) slices and then halve the slice
  • 4
    Cut the gorgonzola cheese into small cubes (1/2 cm)
  • 5
    In a serving bowl mix the kale, apple and gorgonzola and season with salt and pepper

    Sprinkle the dressing on the salad and mix
