Hummus Hummus (1)

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 240 gr Chick peas (drained)
  • 20 gr Lemon juice
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Tahini paste
  • Coriander (optional)
  • Paprika
  • ½ tsp Salt

Method:

    Firstly, blend the chick peas and salt in a blender until it becomes a smooth consistency
  • 2
    Next, add the lemon juice, a garlic clove, olive oil and the tahini paste to the blended chick peas
  • 3
    Blend until smooth. Add some water in case the paste is too dry
  • 4
    Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl and sprinkle the paprika on top
  • 5
    Chop the corriander and put on top
  • 6
    Then enjoy a yummy yummy meal of homemade hummus! YUMMY!!!
