French Toast French Toast (1)

DIFF: Easy -- PREP: 15 mins -- COOK: 10 mins
Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices Bread
  • 60 ml Milk
  • 1 Eggs
  • 1 tbps Sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil

Method:

    Heat a non-stick pan
  • 2
    Whisk together eggs, milk, sugar and salt
  • 3
    Soak the bread in the mixture for 10 minutes by turning the bread a couple of times
  • 4
    Grease the pan with the oil then place the bread, sprinkle some sugar
  • 5
    Cook for about 5 minutes each side
  • 6
    Transfer the French toast in a serving plate and sprinkle the cinnamon and maple syrup on top
