Ingredients:
1 head Endive
80 gr Gorgonzola cheese
30 gr Walnuts
30 gr Cranberries (optional)
Balsamic vinegar
Easy and quick appetizer
Method:

Spoon the Gorgonzola cheese into the rinsed endive leaves

Layer the leaves onto a serving dish

Add the walnuts on top of the Gorgonzola

Sprinkle the cranberries on top of the dish

Drizzle on Balsamic Vinegar
