Ingredients:

  • 1 head Endive
  • 80 gr Gorgonzola cheese
  • 30 gr Walnuts
  • 30 gr Cranberries (optional)
  • Balsamic vinegar

Method:

    Spoon the Gorgonzola cheese into the rinsed endive leaves
  • 2
    Layer the leaves onto a serving dish
  • 3
    Add the walnuts on top of the Gorgonzola
  • 4
    Sprinkle the cranberries on top of the dish
  • 5
    Drizzle on Balsamic Vinegar
