Makes: 4

Ingredients:

  • 150 gr Plain flour
  • 30 gr Unsalted butter
  • 320 ml Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbps Sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 4 tbsp Nutella
  • Icing sugar to dust
  • Strawberries (optional)

Method:

    Heat a shallow non-stick 20cm pan
  • 2
    Melt the butter
  • 3
    Whisk the flour, milk, egg, sugar and salt
  • 4
    Add the butter and amalgamate with the batter
  • 5
    Ladle 4 tablespoon of batter and quickly swirl the pan to make a thin layer
  • 6
    Cooks for 2 minutes then flip the crepe
  • 7
    Remove the crepe from the pan, spread Nutella on half of the crepe. Fold in half and then fold in half again

    Sprinkle icing sugar on top and serve immediately with some strawberries on the side

    Continue with the rest of the batter
