Crab Salad Crab Salad (3)

Serves: 6

Ingredients:

  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Avocado
  • 200 gr Fresh crab meat
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • ½ tsp Honey
  • 100 gr Lettuce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

    Put the olive oil, lemon juice and honey in a jar, adding a pinch of salt and pepper then mix it

    Quarter and core the apple. Then slice it fairly thinly into a bowl; add the dressing and toss
  • 3
    Peel and quarter the avocado discarding the stone. Cut into chunks and add to the bowl with the apple and toss gently

    Add the crab meat and toss gently
  • 5
    In a serving dish lay down the salad and transfer the crab, apple and avocado mixture

    Give a final trickle of oil
