Makes: 1

Ingredients:

  • 500 gr Strong flour
  • 330 ml Water
  • 15 gr Fresh yeast
  • 8 gr Salt
  • 12 gr Sugar

Method:

    Sift the flour into a large bowl
  • 2
    Crumble the yeast in the flour and mix it in the flour
  • 3
    Add the salt and sugar and mix it
  • 4
    Knead the dough until smooth and elastic
  • 5
    Leave to raise for about 90 minutes or until is doubled in size
  • 6
    Knock back
  • 7
    Flatten the dough. Poke some holes with a finger to prevent too much raising
  • 8
    Leave to prove (20/30 minutes)

    Cook in the oven at 200C for 30 minutes
