Ingredients:

  • 1 Chicken wings
  • 1 stalk Celery
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Carrot
  • 750 ml Water
  • Salt

Method:

    In a large pan put the water

    Add the peeled onion, peeled carrot and celery

    Add the chicken wings
  • 4
    Leave to boil for at least 4 hours
  • 5
    Don't add any salt if you are going to use the chicken stock to prepare some other dishes
