Ingredients:
4 Chicken breast
Flour to dust
20 gr Butter
4 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
Lemon juice
Very simple to make

Flatten the chicken breasts

Season the chicken and flour the chicken shaking off the excess of flour

Heat a large non stick frying pan

Cook the chicken in batches of 2

Melt half of the butter and add the oil

When hot put 2 fillets at the time and cook 8 minutes per side

Remove the excess of fat from the chicken and transfer into a serving plate

Cook the rest of the chicken

Serve with sliced lemon
