Serves: 8

Ingredients:

  • 250 gr Flour
  • 80 gr Chorizo
  • 1.5 tbsp Caster sugar
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 4 tsp Chives
  • 140 gr Grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 Eggs
  • 125 ml Milk
  • 125 ml Vegetable oil

Method:

    Preheat the oven to 220 C
  • 2
    Chop the chorizo into half centimetre cubes and put into a large bowl
  • 3
    Add the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, chives and cheese
  • 4
    Add the egg, milk and vegetable oil. Stir together just to moisten
  • 5
    Spread the batter into muffin tins
  • 6
    Bake for about 20/25 minutes until golden on top
