Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 200 gr Thinly sliced beef fillet
  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 250 gr Rocket
  • ½ Juice of lemon
  • 100 gr Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

    Slice the beef as thin as possible
  • 2
    Lay down the beef on a large flat serving plate
  • 3
    Dress with lemon juice, salt and pepper
  • 4
    While the lemon juice is cooking the meat put the rocket salad on top and season with salt pepper and olive oil
  • 5
    Shave the Parmesan cheese on top of the rocket salad
  • 6
    Additionally you can add cherry tomatoes on top and/or dress the rocket salad with balsamic vinegar
