Makes: 1 jar

Ingredients:

  • 800 gr Apricots
  • 260 gr Sugar with pectine
  • ½ Lemon
  • Pinch of salt

Method:

    Wash and quarter the apricots
  • 2
    Heat a heavy-bottom frying pan to very high heat
  • 3
    Put the apricots, sugar and lemon juice in the pan
  • 4
    Boil for 20 minutes until very sticky
  • 5
    Put in a jar
  • 6
    The sugar quantity is minimal so it will not preserve for long. Boil the jar for 20 minutes or keep it in the fridge and use it with a week
