Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 Sea bream
  • 100 gr Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Capers
  • 40 gr Green and black olives
  • 1 handful Parsley
  • 1 glass White wine
  • Salt ad pepper to taste

Method:

    Season the fish with salt and pepper and stuff the fish with parsley and half of the garlic chopped (leave some parsley aside)

    Put some olive oil in a shallow tray and add the wine
  • 3
    Put the fish in the tray
  • 4
    Add halved tomatoes, capers, olives and chopped garlic alongside the fish
  • 5
    Sprinkle the chopped parsley on top of the tomatoes
  • 6
    Season the tomatoes with salt and pepper and mix the tomatoes, olive and capers all together

    Heat the oven to 220 and cook the fish for 40 minutes turning after 20 minutes
